Peer Review Process

Authors are asked to check their manuscripts against the standards of the journal very carefully before submitting them in order to prevent delays. Your accuracy in filling out the forms, and carefully reading the guide for authors and the publication ethics of the journal can contribute to accelerating the review process as well as publishing the journal based on the standards approved in the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology and the scientometric systems.

            Authors are also required to fill out all online forms and/or forms of commitment available on our website. The author name(s), affiliation(s), academic email address(s), and phone number(s) must be provided accurately in English and Persian according to the Guide for authors. When the manuscript is accepted, all these pieces of information as provided by the author(s) will appear on the first page. The cope rules that the journal is committed to respect does not allow us to change and revise the author name(s) and information in the process of accepting and publishing the manuscript. As such, the manuscript is likely to be returned  due to not providing the author(s) information accurately.

            Please not that the academic information that you must provide after author name(s) are as follows:

- Degree and position (MSc student, Ph.D candidate, MSc, Ph.D, Instructor, Assistant professor, Associate Professor, Professor)

- Field of study (Persian literature, English literature, Linguistics, etc.)

- Affiliation (University, City, Country)

 

Processes of submitting and reviewing a manuscript 

  • Registering and creating an ID and password allowing you to your manuscript.
  • Uploading the manuscript on the website and fill out all online forms for authors and attached forms in the Guide for authors
  • Submitting the manuscript according to the standards available on the journal website.
  • Sending the possible revisions to the author(s)
  • Receiving the manuscript reviewing and publication fee.
  • Receiving and checking the final version of the manuscript by the manager of the journal and author(s) for being published in the journal and continuing the review process.
  • Publishing the manuscript in both online and print and sending a copy of it to the author(s).

 

The manuscripts submitted to the journal are first evaluated by the editor and the editorial board. If the submitted manuscript meet the initial submission criteria , the author(s) are required to deposit 1000000 Rials into the journal’s bank account for starting the review process. The scanned payment receipt must be directly sent to the system of the journal. After this step, the review process will start.  

The author(s), whose revised manuscript has been accepted for publication after being reviewed by the reviewers and approved by the editorial board, will receive an acceptance letter. However, they are required to deposit 3000000 Rials into the journal’s bank account for proofreading and publishing the manuscript. The scanned payment receipt must be directly sent to the system of the journal. After this step, the process of proofreading the manuscript will start. It is worth noting that issuing the acceptance letter and publishing the manuscript will be contingent on receiving the fee.
