How can I submit an article to the journal?

After reading the sections “Guide for Authors” and “The Process of Article Acceptance” (in the menu at the top of the page), you can register in the journal system and receive a username and password. You can, then, complete the submission process and upload and submit your article.

How can I keep track of articles submitted?

Please include the tracking code, title of the article, corresponding author’s name, and title of the journal in your e-mail.


 


 

How many times is the journal published per year?

The journal is published semi-annually, i.e., 2 issues per year.


 


 

Are scientific notes or short articles accepted?

No.


 


 

What should I do if I have questions about or problems with the system?

What can I do if I forget my password?

Select the “connect to system” option in the menu at the top of the screen and then select
“I forgot my password to connect to the system!”. An e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address and upon confirmation, you will receive a new password. If you keep having trouble re-entering the system, please contact the journal.


 

In what order should the authors’ names be listed?

If the submitted article is based on a PhD thesis (as approved by the Ministry of Science), the name of the PhD student must be written first, then the name of the thesis supervisor, and, finally, the names of the other authors.


 


 

How long does it take to be notified of the final decision?

After initial acceptance by the journal’s editorial board, it takes four to five months for the final decision regarding each paper to be made.
