Publication Ethics

The ethical policy of the journal has been developed based on the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) guidelines, and all readers, authors, reviewers and editors are expected to comply with this policy. Needless to say, failure to comply with the ethical code of the journal on the part of the authors will result in the removal of the article from the publication process.  The ethical code of the journal has been developed to determine the responsibilities and obligations of the authors, the editors and the reviewers.

Article Acceptance

The final decision about accepting or rejecting an article is made by the editor-in-chief of the journal. This decision is achieved through help from the editorial board and by considering issues relating to copyright, plagiarism and comments made by the reviewers and the editors.

Justice

The final judgment by the editor-in-chief is solely based on scientific criteria. Thus, bias, personal preferences, nationality, gender, religion, ethnicity or political inclination do not serve as the basis for the acceptance or rejection of an article.

Anonymity

The editor-in-chief and the editorial board are not to reveal the article’s information, except to the reviewers, authors and editors.

Confidentiality and Personal Use

The submitted articles, or sections from them, that are not accepted for publication cannot be used – without written consent of the authors – in publications by the editor-in-chief or the editorial board. The information or ideas gained in the process of evaluation need to remain confidential and must not be used for personal gain.

Authors

Report of Findings

The authors are responsible for the content of the article. They are required to completely report their findings and report and interpret them accurately. The article should include sufficient details and sources so that other researchers can access the same data to repeat the research if necessary.

Plagiarism

Authors should make sure that the content of the article is the result of their own research. They should also properly cite the sources for the data used in their study.

Authenticity

Articles should be novel and authentic. Articles that are, in their full form or partially, being considered for publication elsewhere should not be submitted to this journal.

Acknowledgements

Individuals or works that have played a part in the study should be acknowledged.

Authorship

All the authors listed in the article, should have had substantial contribution to the study and be responsible towards the results of the study. The authorship credit is shared based on the contribution of the authors. Authors should accept the responsibility and credit of the article. The corresponding author should provide all the authors of the article with a copy of the article and have their consent for the submission of the article to the journal and publishing it.

Conflict of Interest

The authors are required to declare any conflict of interest affecting the result of the study or interpretation of the findings and acknowledge any financial support provided.

Precision

If the authors find any significant mistakes or imprecision in their articles, they are requested to report them to the editor-in-chief at once and cooperate in the reviewing and editing of the article.
